The prices of €640-Full Pack (Early bird) and €500 All you can dance- includes accommodation in a double room and in a shared apartment. This means that you will need to specify who you’d like to share the room with (Your partner- your friend) and you’ll have for both of you a double room with an ensuite bathroom. The room it’s part of an apartment where there is another double room (With another ensuite bathroom for the other couple). The common areas of the apartment you share with the other couple is a kitchen, a living room with a sofa and tv and a terrace.

If you wanted to share the apartment with an specific couple you can specify this to us.

If you wanted NOT to share an apartment you can also request an independent double room. The independent double rooms have an extra cost where the prices would be: 680€-Full Pack (Early bird) and €540 All you can dance- However, we have limited number of independent double rooms, so if this would be important for you we suggest you to request this option as soon as possible.

All of the announced prices are for double rooms. However, if you wanted to have a room just for yourself this is also possible but the prices are considerably different.

If you wanted a single room you can also request that to us. Prices would be the following:

Single room in a shared apartment: €980 Full Pack (Early bird)- €840 All you can dance-. Independent single room: 990€ Full Pack (Early bird)- €850All you can dance-. (The number of independent single rooms is limited so if you wanted this option we recommend you to request it as soon as possible)

Yes, you can also register without a partner. You could still register in a double room if you want to share the room with someone, like a friend but not your dancing partner. Or you can register reserving a single room.

However, as we’ll try to balance the number of men and women and leaders and followers, we have limited spaces on this options.

If you come without a dancing partner you could meet people in the same situation to make the workshops with. Also the teachers will encourage the change of partners to make sure that everybody can take the best out of each class.

We have designed a round event of four days starting on Wednesday and finishing on Sunday. This four days will have and opening of the process and a closing on Sunday.

However, as some of us love the wake that this type pf celebration leaves and there always people that want a bit more, we are organizing and official after party during Sunday afternoon and Sunday night.

If you wanted to participate in the after party you need to specify that in the registration form. The price of the extra night depends on the type of accommodation you have selected.

Each option includes the Sunday dinner and the Monday breakfast and an afternoon Milonga on Sunday and Milonga in the night. 9 more hours of dancing and celebrating.

You can also take part of the afterparty without accommodation and the Dancing pass for this 9 hours of dancing is €35.

The hotel is located in a residential area in front of the sea. In the surrounding you’ll find houses and nature. However there is a supermarket only 100 meters from the hotel and a couple of really nice restaurantes.

10 minutes walking is the beach of Cala Llenya, a beautiful sandy beach. There is also a few calas with some fishermen houses that are beautiful if you like more wild and less touristic spots.

There is no ATM machine near the hotel.

The closest town is San Carlos. A beautiful little town that is 3,4km from Cala Azul where you can find remarkable ice creams, restaurants, shops and a beautiful church.

October in Ibiza can still be a very beautiful time. It could be sunny and warm during the day but you”ll portably need  a bit warmer cloths for the nights, specially open air. Some rain might come and mix with some sunny days. October is a beautiful season where the weather is more mild and it’s probably more friendly for embracing than in the very hot summer.

Club Cala Azul is located 32km north from the airport. The best way to get there is by taxi. A taxi might cost around 35€ and it takes about 30 minutes.

You can also reach Club Cala Azul from the airport by public transport. You need to take the bus number 24 that goes from the airport to Cala Nova and get off in the station “Santa Eularia”, where you need to change for the line 16A that connects Santa Eularia with Cala Llenya, the bus will stop at the door of Club Cala Azul.

When you register to the Ibiza Tango Embrace and arrive to the hotel, the only cost not included with the reservation is the Eco Tax, which is €2.20 per person per night, payable upon arrival at the hotel.

The eco tax is a fee applied in some tourist destinations in order to reduce the environmental impact and create awareness of responsible tourism.
